Shipping Policy
Place your order before 4:30 p.m. EST and we will ship your order the same day. If ordered after 4:30PM EST or on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Head2ToeRehab.com offers same-day shipping from two U.S. distribution centers. Your order will ship from the center closest to you. Ground shipping should arrive to most U.S. locations within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 4 business days to all U.S. locations.

*Limited Time Offer - Orders sub-totaling over $25.00 will receive free ground shipping. This offer is only available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.

Returns Policy
Head2ToeRehab.com will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (freight not included) for any item returned within 30 days. All returns must be unopened and

in saleable condition.

To assist us better in serving you, we require that all returns be pre-arranged by contacting us at returns@head2toerehab.com.

Low Price Guarantee
At Head2ToeRehab.com, we work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, fast delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. We also want our customers to feel confident that we consistently offer great savings. For this reason, we offer a Low (Total) Price Guarantee. If you find the identical product elsewhere, within 10 days of purchase, for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee), we will match the total price or gladly refund the difference. See below for terms and conditions.

• Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to Head2ToeRehab.com's total price.
• Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to membership pricing.
• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical new product, in-stock, and the product is priced accurately.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to up to five (5) of the same product, shipped to the same address.
• Price match requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at Head2toeRehab.com.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is valid for up to three (3) price matches in any given 30-day period.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is not valid for products offered by eBay or other auction sites.
• The Low Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time.

To submit a price match request, e-mail customer service at service@head2toerehab.com. Please include the following information:

• Head2ToeRehab.com Order Number.
• Head2ToeRehab.com item description or SKU number (from product description page or from your receipt).
• URL to the competitor's product.
• Date you saw the competitor's product at that price.
• The amount of the refund/discount you are requesting.
